How The Ordering Process Works

Step 1: Get in touch
To me, a custom frame is all about the experience, so let’s start by talking about what you would like your experience to be. I would love to hear your ideas, what kind of riding you plan on doing with your new bike, and how we can get you on the most fun bike you have ever had. If things sound good, we can move on to the next step.

Step 2: Deposit and Rider Info
So you decided to go for it, right on! After I receive your deposit, we begin designing your dream ride. We will gather all of the necessary dimensions and requirements so that I can fit you to your new bike. We will also discuss other items pertinent to the design of your custom bike to make sure we get everything just right. Next, a design will be sent to you for your approval.

Step 3: Parts Kit and other build specs
In addition to talking about fit and handling, we will discuss the parts to used to build up your bike. I offer parts to customers at below-retail pricing. Should you choose to order a complete or partial build, you will also sign off on the part kit with the drawing, and pay for the components at this time.

Step 4: Waiting time
You have approved the bicycle design and all there is left to do is wait for your turn.

Step 5: The Build
The time has finally come! You will be informed when your name reaches the top of the list and I begin your build. The raw materials we discussed in the design phase will be inspected, cut, prepped, and joined into a frame just for you. I try my best to give you a look into the process through outlets like my blog, Instagram, and Facebook. Once I finish fabricating your frame it gets sent to the powder coater  or paint to get some color. This is when the final payment is due. Afterward I give the frame a final inspection, do any necessary finish work, and complete a partial or full build (if you so choose) before sending it off for you to ride!

Step 6: The Ride

What it's all about!
