We don't really do returns.

We know that in the age of Am*z*n it is easy to buy something, change your mind, and send it back... but Sklar is not like that.

We are a tiny little company where one person answers the emails, designs the products, and ships every order. Our products are special. Once we send a frame box out, we cannot sell it again as new.

Every sale is the start of a relationship with our customers – not just a transaction. We appreciate your trust and we encourage you to take the time to check in with yourself, ask us questions and make sure you are 100% sure before placing your order.

Of course, if something is our mistake, we will take care of it immediately, no need to worry. We are real life humans over here and we will always make it right.

Refund & Return Policy

At Sklar Bikes, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Frames and Framesets

All sales of frames and framesets are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on these items.

Other Products

You may return other items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is un-installed and unused.

  • The item is in its original packaging and in new condition.

All approved returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away. We will provide an exchange or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds can take up to 7 days to process.

All shipping, customs, and insurance costs are non-refundable and are at the expense of the customer.

Please note we are not liable for lost returns. We strongly recommend adding insurance and tracking to your return shipment.

The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected or returned packages.
