Gino's Silver PBJ Steel Hardtail MTB
Fresh out of the shop is this PBJ All Terrain Bike for Gino in Colorado.
It is one of the first builds we have done on our new batch of frames in the Silver color. Boy, do these build up nice. I was inspired by vintage mountain bikes, something simple and clean, and I love how the sparkly paint puts the craftsmanship on display through these frames. Just check out those nice welds.

Gino's build is our X01 build, which is a fancy mechanical build with SRAM's 12-speed X01 drivetrain (in our opinion, one of the best MTB drivetrains of all time). Paired with Paul Components Klampers and Love levers, this is a fully mechanical bike in peak form. The best performance and the lowest maintenance you can buy. We really like that.

Gino is 5'8" tall with a 730mm saddle height. I've been putting those two dimensions in all of the build write ups so folks can compare their numbers to the photos. Numbers have the final say, but I think you can really tell a lot about a bike just by looking at it.
Knowing how your frame will look built up with parts can tell you a lot. That's why we spend so much time emailing customers and sending them drawings of frames. If you are curious about sizing, send us a note. We will almost certainly reply with a mock-up to give you a better idea. You can also pull some numbers off of those drawings to compare to your bikes to get a better idea of how things will fit.
Someday we will have a full fleet of test bikes, but for now we are still a pretty scrappy little operation and that is not in the budget. Anyway, here is the mock-up we sent Gino:

We love seeing these bikes roll out of the shop. If you have any questions on ordering a complete build, please don't hesitate to drop us a line, and in the meantime, you can learn more about the PBJ here.
