The SuperSomething is Sklar's steel gravel frameset designed for comfortably covering a lot of ground, and from the looks of this build it seems like Will is on his way there.

This build features our "Rival Mullet" build kit with the house Astral wheels, SRAM Force shifting and braking, and a GX derailleur and cassette for wide-range shifting. I was recently talking to some fellow bike nerds after a ride about just how good bike parts have gotten these days, and I think this kit is a strong example of that. Such a simple system that will just take care of you while you are out there getting lost.

This build for Will is a size Large. He has a 775mm saddle height and is 6'1" tall, and as you can see the proportions of the bike look really nice. We have a handy sizing calculator on the SuperSomething product page that can give you a nice idea of what size you would ride. If you ever have questions though, feel free to drop us a note. We are happy to make recommendations and also send over a drawing with your dimensions mocked up on a frame. Getting everyone on the proper-sized frame really is our priority.

Anyhow, this bike is built up with the Maxxis Rambler 50mm tires. We have been really liking those a lot. They roll fast, but the volume keeps you happy even in pretty rough terrain. The frame clears a little bigger tire, but at that point things start to feel a little heavy and slow and I'd rather just be on a PBJ. I think 48–50mm is the sweet spot for most gravel.
