Trail Bar - Mountain Bike Handlebar

When it comes to a mountain bike, you we just want a simple, reliable handlebar. While sourcing handlebars for our bikes like the Tall Tale and the Hi-Tale we found that all the options out there were often overbuilt or covered in branding so we decided to make our own mountain bike handlebar with tried and true geometry, and super minimal branding in two classic finishes that will look great on any build without hogging all the attention.

We find that 28mm is just the right amount of rise for most riders on the bikes we design here at Sklar and 7 degrees of backsweep allows for great bike control and a bit of ergonomic comfort. Adding those bends allows for just a touch more compliance too. Because these bars are made from super-strong 7000 series aluminum (like all of our handlebars) we can build them with thinner wall tubing that allows for more compliance while still being able to hold up for years and years on your burliest trail bike.
